Yesterday evening, the NTA has made public a big decision as a result of which, the students having Compartment (CBSE), studying in Private or Patrachaar (Distance Learning), have become eligible to appear in the much awaited NEET-UG 2021 even if their results remain undeclared on September 12, 2021.
As Moksh reported earlier, there has been a rampant hue & cry since the day NEET UG 2021 date was declared demanding postponement of the exam. As a part of the same agenda, numerous pleas were filed in the apex court seeking ‘quashing of the order stating September 12, 2021, as the date of conduction of NEET UG 2021’. At the hearing, on being asked by the bench of judges, the NTA spokesperson stated that the students who are yet to receive their Class XII results, whether Private, Patrachaar or having Compartment/s, will be allowed to appear in the NEET UG 2021.
The bench of Judges at the Supreme Court ended the argument declaring the issue resolved.
